MRGPRF

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRGPRF protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,784 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRGPRF-associated genes across cancer lineages are LDB2, PLN, and PLA2G5. Each is linked with MRGPRF in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRGPRF-to-partner and partner-to-MRGPRF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MRGPRF versus LDB2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRGPRF→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRGPRF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
