MRGPRF

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRGPRF mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRGPRF-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1068, FoxM1, and GSK-3_pS9. Each is linked with MRGPRF in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRGPRF-to-partner and partner-to-MRGPRF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EGFR_pY1068 grouped by MRGPRF-low versus MRGPRF-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRGPRF→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRGPRF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
