MRGPRE

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRGPRE RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,138 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRGPRE-associated genes across cancer lineages are RUSC2, NOMO2, and FGFR1. Each is linked with MRGPRE in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRGPRE-to-partner and partner-to-MRGPRE results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRGPRE→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRGPRE) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
