MRGPRD

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRGPRD mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 236 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRGPRD-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL31P54, RN7SKP290, and FDX1P2. Each is linked with MRGPRD in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRGPRD-to-partner and partner-to-MRGPRD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPL31P54 grouped by MRGPRD-low versus MRGPRD-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRGPRD→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRGPRD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
