MRGPRD

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MRGPRD mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRGPRD-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC5A8, ASZ1, and DCLK3. Each is linked with MRGPRD in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRGPRD-to-partner and partner-to-MRGPRD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SLC5A8 grouped by MRGPRD-low versus MRGPRD-high in OESOPHAGUS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRGPRD→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRGPRD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
