MRGBP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRGBP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,514 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRGBP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BOP1, CSE1L, and PUS7. Each is linked with MRGBP in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRGBP-to-partner and partner-to-MRGBP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MRGBP versus BOP1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRGBP→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRGBP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
