MRGBP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRGBP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 800 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRGBP-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTND6P17, RNU1-62P, and MTND6P20. Each is linked with MRGBP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRGBP-to-partner and partner-to-MRGBP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MTND6P17 grouped by MRGBP-low versus MRGBP-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRGBP→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRGBP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
