Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, MRGBP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MRGBP-associated genes across cancer lineages are HSFY1, LBHD2, and AMELY. Each is linked with MRGBP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRGBP-to-partner and partner-to-MRGBP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HSFY1 grouped by MRGBP-low versus MRGBP-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRGBP→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRGBP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
