MRFAP1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRFAP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,306 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRFAP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RANBP1, FEN1, and PSMB7. Each is linked with MRFAP1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRFAP1-to-partner and partner-to-MRFAP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MRFAP1 versus RANBP1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRFAP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRFAP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
