MRFAP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRFAP1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 14 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRFAP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Akt, Notch1, and STAT3_pY705. Each is linked with MRFAP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRFAP1-to-partner and partner-to-MRFAP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Akt grouped by MRFAP1-low versus MRFAP1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRFAP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRFAP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
