MRE11

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRE11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,778 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRE11-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RAD50, ADNP, and U2AF2. Each is linked with MRE11 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRE11-to-partner and partner-to-MRE11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MRE11 versus RAD50 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRE11→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRE11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
