Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRE11 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,113 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MRE11-associated genes across cancer lineages are GVQW3, NKAPD1, and ANKRD49. Each is linked with MRE11 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRE11-to-partner and partner-to-MRE11 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MRE11 versus GVQW3 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRE11→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRE11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
