Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRE11 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,906 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MRE11-associated genes across cancer lineages are CRYBB2, NF2, and MIR4323. Each is linked with MRE11 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRE11-to-partner and partner-to-MRE11 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CRYBB2 grouped by MRE11-low versus MRE11-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRE11→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRE11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
