MRE11

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MRE11 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 144 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRE11-associated genes across cancer lineages are XAGE5, OR6N1, and MEIKIN. Each is linked with MRE11 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRE11-to-partner and partner-to-MRE11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, XAGE5 grouped by MRE11-low versus MRE11-high in URINARY_TRACT.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRE11→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRE11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
