MRC2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRC2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,334 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRC2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ISLR, LRP1, and MMP2. Each is linked with MRC2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRC2-to-partner and partner-to-MRC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MRC2 versus ISLR in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
