MRC2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRC2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,113 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are NDUFV2, HMGB1P25, and CCDC58. Each is linked with MRC2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRC2-to-partner and partner-to-MRC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NDUFV2 grouped by MRC2-low versus MRC2-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
