MRC1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 24,583 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRC1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WIPF1, AIF1, and FOLR2. Each is linked with MRC1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRC1-to-partner and partner-to-MRC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MRC1 versus WIPF1 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
