Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRAS RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,577 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MRAS-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LGALS1, PDLIM3, and CNN3. Each is linked with MRAS in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRAS-to-partner and partner-to-MRAS results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MRAS versus LGALS1 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRAS→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRAS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
