Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRAS mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,995 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MRAS-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATXN3L, SMIM15P2, and HSPE1P19. Each is linked with MRAS in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRAS-to-partner and partner-to-MRAS results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATXN3L grouped by MRAS-low versus MRAS-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRAS→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRAS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
