Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRAS mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 40 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MRAS-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, EGFR_pY1068, and A-Raf_pS299. Each is linked with MRAS in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRAS-to-partner and partner-to-MRAS results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eEF2 grouped by MRAS-low versus MRAS-high in UCEC.
