Across TCGA cell cohorts, MRAS mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRAS-associated genes across cancer lineages are PNLIPRP1 and SCGB1D4. Each is linked with MRAS in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRAS-to-partner and partner-to-MRAS results are reported.
