MRAP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRAP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 813 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRAP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TDGF1P1, PAFAH1B2P1, and OR2J4P. Each is linked with MRAP2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRAP2-to-partner and partner-to-MRAP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TDGF1P1 grouped by MRAP2-low versus MRAP2-high in LIHC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRAP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRAP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
