MPZL2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MPZL2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 164 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MPZL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD27-AS1, RNU6-718P, and NDUFB10P1. Each is linked with MPZL2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MPZL2-to-partner and partner-to-MPZL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CD27-AS1 grouped by MPZL2-low versus MPZL2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MPZL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MPZL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
