Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MPZ mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 603 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MPZ-associated genes across cancer lineages are CTBP2P9, OR9Q2, and RNU6-1159P. Each is linked with MPZ in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MPZ-to-partner and partner-to-MPZ results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CTBP2P9 grouped by MPZ-low versus MPZ-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MPZ→partner) and Y-score (partner→MPZ) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
