MPZ

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MPZ mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MPZ-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR4F4, ADIG, and IFNA4. Each is linked with MPZ in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MPZ-to-partner and partner-to-MPZ results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR4F4 grouped by MPZ-low versus MPZ-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MPZ→partner) and Y-score (partner→MPZ) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
