Across TCGA cell cohorts, MPV17L2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,490 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MPV17L2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of mitochondrial translation, Positive regulation of mitochondrial translation, and Negative regulation of protein localization to chromatin. Each is linked with MPV17L2 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MPV17L2-to-partner and partner-to-MPV17L2 results are reported.
