Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MPTX1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 11 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MPTX1 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher MPTX1 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MPTX1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM and SARC show a favorable association.
STAD, ACC, and KIRP are the cancer types where MPTX1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
