MPST

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MPST protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,161 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MPST-associated genes across cancer lineages are TST, NASP, and SASS6. Each is linked with MPST in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MPST-to-partner and partner-to-MPST results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MPST versus TST in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MPST→partner) and Y-score (partner→MPST) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
