MPST

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MPST protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 22,814 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MPST-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TST, PRDX2, and BLVRB. Each is linked with MPST in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MPST-to-partner and partner-to-MPST results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MPST versus TST in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.78.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MPST→partner) and Y-score (partner→MPST) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
