MPST

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MPST mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MPST-associated genes across cancer lineages are ERK2, GSK-3a-b_pS21_S9, and Ku80. Each is linked with MPST in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MPST-to-partner and partner-to-MPST results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ERK2 grouped by MPST-low versus MPST-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MPST→partner) and Y-score (partner→MPST) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
