MPRIP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MPRIP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,798 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MPRIP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are AEBP1, NID1, and CRK. Each is linked with MPRIP in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MPRIP-to-partner and partner-to-MPRIP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MPRIP versus AEBP1 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MPRIP→partner) and Y-score (partner→MPRIP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
