MPRIP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MPRIP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,754 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MPRIP-associated genes across cancer lineages are AP1G1, MRPL16, and REEP4. Each is linked with MPRIP in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MPRIP-to-partner and partner-to-MPRIP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, AP1G1 grouped by MPRIP-low versus MPRIP-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MPRIP→partner) and Y-score (partner→MPRIP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
