MPRIP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MPRIP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 87 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MPRIP-associated genes across cancer lineages are MROH5, IFNA8, and OR10H5. Each is linked with MPRIP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MPRIP-to-partner and partner-to-MPRIP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MROH5 grouped by MPRIP-low versus MPRIP-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MPRIP→partner) and Y-score (partner→MPRIP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
