Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MPPED2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,252 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MPPED2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL12P30, MPPED2-AS1, and OVGP1. Each is linked with MPPED2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MPPED2-to-partner and partner-to-MPPED2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MPPED2 versus RPL12P30 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MPPED2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MPPED2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
