Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MPPED2-AS1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 23 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MPPED2-AS1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher MPPED2-AS1 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MPPED2-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as ACC and UVM show a favorable association.

ACC, UVM, and LGG are the cancer types where MPPED2-AS1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
