MPP4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MPP4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,947 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MPP4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MMP14, CRTAP, and ANTXR1. Each is linked with MPP4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MPP4-to-partner and partner-to-MPP4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MPP4 versus MMP14 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MPP4→partner) and Y-score (partner→MPP4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
