Across TCGA cell cohorts, MPP4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,453 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MPP4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Serotonin transport, Establishment of epithelial cell apical/basal polarity, and Positive regulation of focal adhesion assembly. Each is linked with MPP4 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MPP4-to-partner and partner-to-MPP4 results are reported.
