Across TCGA cell cohorts, MPP4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,273 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MPP4-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATP6AP1, BCAP31, and ATP6V0C. Each is linked with MPP4 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MPP4-to-partner and partner-to-MPP4 results are reported.
