MPP4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MPP4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. OESOPHAGUS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MPP4-associated genes across cancer lineages are OXT, DYDC1, and TGIF2LY. Each is linked with MPP4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MPP4-to-partner and partner-to-MPP4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OXT grouped by MPP4-low versus MPP4-high in OESOPHAGUS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MPP4→partner) and Y-score (partner→MPP4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
