Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MPO RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,498 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MPO-associated proteins across cancer lineages are THEMIS2, RGS14, and GMFG. Each is linked with MPO in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MPO-to-partner and partner-to-MPO results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MPO versus THEMIS2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MPO→partner) and Y-score (partner→MPO) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
