MPO

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MPO mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 331 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MPO-associated genes across cancer lineages are PDIK1L, OR10Q1, and CUEDC2. Each is linked with MPO in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MPO-to-partner and partner-to-MPO results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PDIK1L grouped by MPO-low versus MPO-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MPO→partner) and Y-score (partner→MPO) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
