MPND

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MPND RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,093 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MPND-associated genes across cancer lineages are CLPP, PIN1, and MED16. Each is linked with MPND in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MPND-to-partner and partner-to-MPND results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MPND versus CLPP in THYM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.88.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MPND→partner) and Y-score (partner→MPND) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
