MPND

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MPND RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,036 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MPND-associated proteins across cancer lineages are KHSRP, HDGFL2, and RAVER1. Each is linked with MPND in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MPND-to-partner and partner-to-MPND results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MPND versus KHSRP in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MPND→partner) and Y-score (partner→MPND) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
