MPND

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MPND mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 470 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MPND-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR103A1, MIR1262, and SLC20A1P1. Each is linked with MPND in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MPND-to-partner and partner-to-MPND results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR103A1 grouped by MPND-low versus MPND-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MPND→partner) and Y-score (partner→MPND) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
