MPND

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MPND mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MPND-associated genes across cancer lineages are 14-3-3_beta, A-Raf_pS299, and Ku80. Each is linked with MPND in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MPND-to-partner and partner-to-MPND results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 14-3-3_beta grouped by MPND-low versus MPND-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MPND→partner) and Y-score (partner→MPND) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
