Across TCGA cell cohorts, MPND RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,079 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MPND-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of anaphase-promoting complex-dependent catabolic process, Copper ion export, and Response to nitrosative stress. Each is linked with MPND in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MPND-to-partner and partner-to-MPND results are reported.
