Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MPI protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,655 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MPI-associated genes across cancer lineages are THTPA, UBE2S, and NCAPH. Each is linked with MPI in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MPI-to-partner and partner-to-MPI results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MPI versus THTPA in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MPI→partner) and Y-score (partner→MPI) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
