MPI

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MPI mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 973 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MPI-associated genes across cancer lineages are E2F6P1, RPL7P35, and RNU6-419P. Each is linked with MPI in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MPI-to-partner and partner-to-MPI results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, E2F6P1 grouped by MPI-low versus MPI-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MPI→partner) and Y-score (partner→MPI) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
