MPI

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MPI mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MPI-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCNA, mTOR_pS2448, and p38-MAPK_pT180_Y182. Each is linked with MPI in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MPI-to-partner and partner-to-MPI results are reported.
