Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MPHOSPH9 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,440 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MPHOSPH9-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYL9, CPE, and CALD1. Each is linked with MPHOSPH9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MPHOSPH9-to-partner and partner-to-MPHOSPH9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MPHOSPH9 versus MYL9 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.46.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MPHOSPH9→partner) and Y-score (partner→MPHOSPH9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
